Hi Mark,
Thank you for your help. I checked the systems that could not connect to OWA
(Secured site), they all have cipher strength of 56-bits. 128-bit is required.
I install Windows 2000 service pack 4 on such systems and they are now on
128-bit cipher strength, this is working perfectly.

Hi,
If you you go: Help --> About in Internet Explorer, it will tell you what
cipher strength you are using. You don't need IIS on the clients.

We use Exchange 2003 and Outlook Web Access to access our mail from a secured
site. I get the above error message when I try to access my mails with OWA.
Attached also is the error page.
I have upgraded the Internet explorer to version 6 from version 5.
Please how can this problem be solved. I have visited the microsoft site, it
gives the following solution:
We strongly recommend that all users upgrade to Microsoft Internet
Information Services (IIS) version 6.0 running on Microsoft Windows Server
2003. IIS 6.0 significantly increases Web infrastructure security.
Must I install IIS on my local system, or must all users having this problem
install IIS on their respective PCs.
