HOW TO: Add a Disclaimer to Outgoing SMTP Messages

Hi,

I am using Exchange 2000 with SP3 and i want to add Disclaimer for outgoing
messages.
pl. send me the step by step procedure.

i had already read the MS articles 317680 , 317327 but it is not much clear
to me because i don't known how to use Visual Basic.
