More than likely the problem is just being reported now, and wasn't
before.
Hold down control, right click on the Outlook icon in the systray, and
click "Connection Status..."
Figure out what's going on when it says you've gone offline.

HI I upgraded from outlook 2002 to outlook 2003. Same problem. It
happens
lot. Before we were using exchange 5.5 no problems.
We put a new box with exchange 2003 on wndows 2003. I am seeing lot of
disconnectivity from the server.
