Sorry! for being curious! 1. What you have created is in Exchange 2k " a mailbox", so where did the "group" word come into picture? 2. Why do you need to create such a mailbox? Solution: 1. After reading, user who has accessed that mail can "Flag" the message and leave a text in the flag portion that others can use to understand that mail's status Please do answer my queries since I would like to understand what you intend to do. Everything is fine, but the problem is, when a new message arrives in the mailbox, if one of the user reads the email, it appears as """READ Message""" for rest of them as well, I was just wondering if there was any way of others letting know that this specific email has been dealt with or not after someone reads it and takes an action. Any advice????????
