I have created a group mailbox, which two of us are accessing. When an
email comes into the group mailbox, and if my colleague reads it before
me, on my Outlook it is treated as read item, is there anything which we
can do to prevent this. I want an email which is read by colleague in
the group box in her outlook as an unread message in my outlook's group
email box till I read it.
