Getting mails

I just installed a Windows 2000 Server with Exchange 2000 and I'm logging in 
and using the OWA, I'm able to send mails perfectly but I'm not getting nothing 
from my POP account. Would anyone send me, step by step, how to setup the 
exchange server to get the e-mails ?
