Was the server able to send before installing GFI?
Because I used to work with GFI for the same purposes , and its worked with
me since 4 years.
Please update me
Did you run the toll called SMTPDIAG.
Its from ms-exchange , and you can download , check with it, maybe the
Problem in your settings , or the Port 25 is not opening In firewall or
something.
How is your exchange server configuration , exactly ?
Did you check with ISP?
Did you try to send it to the DNS instead of the SMART HOST you are using ?
Please check and update me .
I had the same issue, but I solved using SMTP Diag.
