If you are FTP'ing in with anonymous access, you need to send your email
adx as your password.....

You have a few options.
1. Script it
2. Export to an LDIF file, make the modification and then reimport it.
3. Use ADModify from Microsoft, this is a tools from Microsoft PSS that
will
allow you to make bulk changes to your AD very simply, you can get it
from
ftp:://ftp.microsoft.com/PSS/Tools/Exchange%20Support%20Tools/ADModify/
My personal selection would be number 3.
