CSVDE does not modify objects, you can only use it to create new objects, I
would recommend using ADModify from ftp.microsoft.com

Run the csvde application you will need to check the available parameters
according to your exact requirements.

Csvde -f sample.csv -d DC=com, DC=mydomain, OU=Users -r (L=location) -p
displayname

Change all the entries through excel

Save as csv file again

Ldifde -I sample.csv -d DC=com, DC=mydomain, OU=Users -r(L=Location) -p
displayname

Change the L=Location to the correct attribute that you want to change.
Change -d to whatever the DN is that you are querying. Might be worth
putting a -v in there too so you can see what is happening in verbose mode.

My suggestion would be to try this out in a lab to be confident on what you
are doing as this could destroy your domain and leave with you more than
just a small headache.

I accept no responsibility whatsoever for any mistakes made.
