GAL= Last, First AND Display Name= First Last

Could some kind soul please tell me how to set the DISPLAY name to
"First Last" AND Sort the GAL by "Last, First".
We currently have the Display Name set to Last, First so that it will
show up that way in the GAL.
For testing I set my Display name to [Kevin Henry], leaving the 'Name'
field in AD "Last, First". Unfortunatly I appear "First Last" now in
the GAL.
I'm pretty sure there is a way for me to edit the 'Default' GAL that
lists users by Lastname rather than Display name. Could someone assist
me in setting this up?
