Another thing to look at is the Power Supply.
I had a problem for about 3 months with a server rebooting. Found a pattern,
was when 2 drive intensive scheduled jobs took place during the night.
Change the power supply to a higher one and problem went away.
Can you find a time pattern when this happens?
