Have you checked to see if when you turn RAS on its not Disabling the NIC on
your PDC in order to enable to modem card for RAS?

Sounds to me like your dns settings are not correct-If you clients are
having problems logging on-can you confirm that you've made the necessary
changes to the dns settings or are they as are installed automatically as
per the install routine.
