Front End / Backend issue

We had 4 exchange servers one of them acting as Front end server. We
add one additional backend server. It's installed successfully but
whenever user on new exchange backend server trying to connect using OWA
from internet or from locally using front-end server he cannot able to
login. Locally it's working fine. Is there any additional steps
required to configure.
Please assist...
