Forwarding of mails

Hi everyone
Need some help
I have a network protected by ISA and 2 mail servers behind it. One is
Exchange 2000 with one email domain. The other is Exchange 2000 which
will handle another 2 emails domains. How can I get the first mail
server to accept all mails and forward 2 domains to the other mail
server?
Please help me in this respect cos im new to Exchange 2000
