Create a Custom Recipient for them that points to their home email address
and then open their mailbox properties and set the custom recipient as an
alternate recipient.

Hey All,

I have a user who is going to be out for surgery for approx. 4 mos. This
user has requested that I forward all of their mail to their home email
address. Is there a way to do this in Exch 5.5 server side, instead of using
rules/rules wizard?

Thanks,
