[ExchangeList] FW: exchange event ID: 1503 when trying to sync using OMA

Hi all,
 
i'm trying to get my PDA to sync with our exchange server (windows 2003/ 
exchange 2003 SP2) but i keep getting the following error in the event logs 
when i am trying to sync.
 
I've anyone can help me resolve the issue or give me good hints on how to 
resolve it it will be most appriciated.
 
eventID: 1503
