Mark,
I am getting ready to prep the forest for exchange 2003.
We just turned off a 5.5 server that was in the old domain which still has
production servers in, but not exchange. Therefore, the Active Directory
Connector still in place. Can I deleted the ADC now? is it only related to
exchange. If I deleted it, will the NT system accounts still work on that
domain.
I'm also worried about running the interorgpersonprevent.ldf or fix.ldf. How do
I know which one to run and after I do, Can directly run Forest Prep?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Amy

The Active Directory Connector is only needed if you have 5.5 servers
in your org and has nothing to do with forestprep.

        Hello,

You can run both tools on your Exchange server, as long as you have the
active directory connector installed

Can I run ForestPrep from my Exchange server or do I need to run it
directly from on my domain controller? If I understand, it doesn't matter
which server you run DomainPrep from.
