Sounds like you've got monitoring set on your Exchange server. Find
your server object in ESM, and on the properties, click the Monitoring
tab. Here you'll see the objects you've got set for monitoring.
Also in ESM, under Tools / Monitoring and Status / Notifications, you
should have an email notification set to send you an email when the
monitoring conditions are met.
By the way, is your server really called "DNS"? ;-)

Dear Experts,
I am having windows 2000 with Exchange 2000 and
every week end I get this message in my email because I am the
administrator and after this my server is very very slow as if it is out
of memory and it does not start service or any thing until I restart
it.. can any one tell me what is it that is generating this problem
