Praveen, You have to enable FBA in FE servers and restart IIS services, have yo done that ? You should not enable FBA in BE servers. What i did is Enabled FBA on FE server HTTP virtual server : did not work then enabled FBA on Virtual server which was copied to BE server from fFE. : still no use. I have enabled SSL on FE (Basic authntication) and i have my CA running on BE serve.
