Extending Mailbox Store Limit

Hello,
I have a client that wants to implement Exchange 2003 but is concern about
the 2 GB limit of the mailbox store. He was told by other admins that this
limit can be extended to larger capacities (5 GB of more). I would like to
know if this is possible and if it is, how do I go about doing this??
