GAL is mailenabled users and mailboxenabled users.
when i say mailboxenabled user it means that this users is having a mailbox
in the exchange server. mailenabled user is the one who have email adress
but not belonging to exchange.
so the answer is NO you cannot.
workaround: Create a contact in the ADUC and add all your personal contact
one by one.It will be visible in the GAL
