Tim, Exmerge should work well in this scenario for mailboxes, but you'll
have to use Outlook to export the PFs. You'll lose SIS when you import all
that data, but with a small number of clients, that shouldn't be a big deal.

Thanks for the reply Danny.
I actually read all those doc's again yesterday.  Most of that info is
for migrating from one server to another when both servers are running.
This is not my case.  I'm using the same server with new hard drives.

I like the NEWSID program.  I've used it for years but lately it has
been dying on me during the sid change.  I found that removing unneeded
profiles helps complete the sid change but I don't feel like it's very
reliable.  I do use sysprep but was hoping to avoid it with something a
little faster.

You could change the SID's:

Or downlod sysprep from Microsoft.
