You must run the exmerge process while logged in with an account that has
access to that mailbox.

Hi,
Im using exmerge on my exchangewin2k to extract my
pst's bur i am encountering a problem and my exmerge
process failes. i cannot extract the pst files
becauseof the error below. what can i do?

[23:28:30] Total number of folders processed in the
source store: 0
[23:28:30] 0 mailboxes successfully processed. 1
mailboxes were not successfully processed. 0 non-fatal
errors encountered.
