Hi Steve,

Under Outlook 2003 there is no Contact folder under the main All Mail
Folders list. When I right click the button at the bottom of the list I
get "Open in a Window" and "Navigate Pane...".

Yeap,

Show names from the:
"outlook address book"

Message I get is:
There are no entries in this address book.

Oddly it does this to on my own Exchange/Outlook 2003 as well.

Upper right - you see: "Show names from the:"

Click the down-arrow and change the address book displayed.

Contacts and "everyone on the network" are separate lists and cannot be
displayed as a single list.

I am having an issue with a clients Exchange/Outlook 2003, they can see
everyone on the network when they click on the "TO" when creating a new
email however they can not see any of their contacts. How do I go about
fixing this?

Thanks
Andrew
