OWA = Outlook Web Access start by going to the Exchange server, opening
IE, and trying to hit http://localhost/exchange. Can you log on that way?
What happens if you go to the client system and try to get to
http://<servername.domain.tld>/exchange?

GC = Global Catalog Server used for directory lookups in AD.
DNS = Domain Name Service(s) So your FQDN (Fully qualified domain name)
might be corp.newvision.net. Your FQDN for a server might be
Server25.corp.newvision.net. That¹s an example obviously, since I don¹t
know your AD or DNS structure.
