Exchange problem - need help, urgent ...

hi,
i'm using ex2k on w2k (dc).
last thursday, it's works fine.
but since friday (jan 17) it getting problem.
the problem is all email can't sent out.
today, some emails can go out, but some can not.
i've restart the server, and check the problem, it seem there's no problem
there, just soometime can't send and sometime it can sent to some domain.
the connection is ok. we used lc.
is there anyone can help me with this ?
i'm using ex2k and w2k sp3, it's working fine for almost 1 year, but the
problem occurs now.
