Exchange permissions

Hi
I am trying to us the ADMTv2 tool from MS to mirate exhange 2000. Every
time I get to the authencation for the source server it tells me that "The
specified credentails are either invalid or do not have access permission
on the exchanger server" I have full admin rights in my forest , have full
Exchange admin right also.
Can anyone help me out
