Exchange (RPC) over the web requires a new version of RPC available only in XP
SP1 and higher (which means XP SP1+, 2003 Server, or Vista). It will never
work on 2000 OS, it also requires Outlook 2003 SP1, or the Outlook 2003 Gold
with Q331320. It should work fine on your XP machine if it has SP2 and your
Office 2003 is indeed 2003 and it's SP2. Are you looking in the correct
location for the option?

I am running windows 2k and xp home and professional
Using outlook 2003 for clients and small business server 2003,
I already make all the Microsoft update sp2 for office sp4 for windows 2k and
sp2 for windows xp

That generally means that: a) They don't have Outlook 2003 sp1 or above
installed, or b) they aren't running on Windows XP sp1 or sp2.

Hi everybody,
I am trying to connect other office to my exchange but the option "Exchange
over the Internet" is not displayed in the connection window.
Somebody know what's happening?
