Exchange and duplicating Sendmail Virtual user table.

I am migrating from Linux and need to duplicate a process that currently
is performed by sendmail.
We receive mail from various sources destined for one of our namespace's.
The user is not a real user in our exchange environment. The domain name
has to be stripped off and replaced with a different domain name and then
forwarded to new domains server. All of this without changing the user
account name on the original message. The virtual user table entry looks
similar to this.

Any suggestions?
