Thanks for everyone info, I was able to fix the issues. Now there is only one issue left and to fix it requires me to either migrate the other DC from 2000 to 2003 or replace it with a 2003 box. Their Exchange2003/Win2k3 Server has a sister running Windows 2000 Server (blah!) Have a look there. You would need a lot of Patience to see this thru. You might want to take a backup of your DB before serious corruption occurs. My Take on this is as long as you got a good clean DB and all the settings of your Exchange server, you can always recover your server, even if it means rebuilding the box. Just stay calm, and review the links from MS and suggestions from Event Id. I have found them very useful in the past. Dave
