Following are the services :
  Net stop MSExchangeSA /y - one shot stop all the services but will not
start all the services
However use following things :
  
net stop msexchangeis
net stop msexchangemta
net stop msexchangemgmt
net stop msexchangesa
net stop resvc
net stop smtpsvc
net stop w3svc
net stop POP3Svc
net stop NntpSvc
net stop IMAP4Svc
net stop iisadmin
