Well, you should have anonymous access in order for you to send and
receive emails unless you want to setup user names and passwords for
that. Enable Anonymous Access and you should be ok.

check your PTR records for your domain 

You should be able to do a reverse lookup - if not check your DNS.

Make sure your not on any blacklist, since you where a open relay.

                   I configured my Exchange Server 2000 to stop the
relay. 'Anonymous Access' checkbox is enabled. Even though, open relay
is stopped I am getting Non Delivery Reports and Bad emails 200+ a day.
