It has all moved.
IMF settings are now in ESM, Global Settings in the properties of
Message Delivery.
You also need to enable it on the SMTP VS, which you do through ESM,
Servers, <your server>, Protocols, SMTP, Right click on the SMTP VS and
choose Properties. Click on Advanced next to the IP address and then
Edit. Enable "Apply Intelligent Message Filter".

no I did not I didnt think IMF was installed by default
on exchange before SP1

I have updgraded my server 2003 box with exchange to exchange sp2.
after the intall I do not have the options under exchange systems
manager, servers system protocols SMTP intelligent mail server I only
default server. any ideas on what is wrong
