Exchange Retention Policy

I'm setting up a Policy that deletes all mail in all users mail boxes
older than 90 days, no mail size limits no Public folders, just E-mails
older than 90 days. I have 3 servers and I've set 3 Policies to run
based on all mail on in each server.
That won't touch public folders right? I wouldn't thing so...
Also when setting the policy I have the option of also choosing "System
Cleanup" and "All other Mail Folders", should I exclude these?
What does it mean by all other mail folders?
