Thanks for the advice. Anything free or built into Exchange?? I think
Microsoft Operation Manager will be an overkill.

I have a question: Is there a way to generate reports from Exchange
2000,
that will give me infomation as far emails sent, emails returned, total
email counts, etc..
Or is there an add on software I must purchase? If so, where shall I
