Exchange Newsfeeds in Public Folders Question

Dear all,
I have a serious problem with setting up Exchange 2003 Newsfeeds on Windows
2003 Server.
I am pulling news from a private newsserver that supports the NEWNEWS command
and in the Log-Files all Articles are sent to the exchange server when it
starts pulling.
The newsgroups are then corrently created in Exchange, but no posting appears at
all in any Public Folder. Interestingly, when I connect the virtual
NNTP-Directory to a
Directory on the Hard-Disk, the postings arrive and I can read it with any
newsreader
accessing the Exchange server. Does anybody have any idea what I am missing or
doing wrong ?
I am really in big trouble since I need to connect Newsgroups to our Public
Folder structure
in order to be read by the Outlook clients.
