I think it's more like 75% Domino 25% Exchange. Even companies that use Exchange are pushing all their mail over to their Domino servers so users can access it. I have seen Domino 6.5.x in the flesh working and so far from what I have seen in Exchange 2003 Microsoft has quite a bit of catching up to do yet, though Domino is now into the 7 something version range.
