I think Microsoft has a different idea about Exchange 2k3.  It runs on
Windows 2k3 Server or Windows 2k Server SP3 or later.  I have several
Exchange 2k3 servers running on Windows 2k Server.  You cannot install
Exchange 2k on a Windows 2k3 Server.
