Exchange 5.5 X400

Hi all

Does anybody know of a source that can be used to create the X400
installation disk for Exchange 5.5 Standard Edition? (According to
Microsoft KB199141 it can only be done using May 1996 PC Server 4 disk as
part of Select CD subscription)
