Exchange 5.5 SP4 on Win2K SP3, sits behind a Corvigo Mailgate filtering appliance. Outbound mail has come to a screeching halt, and the Inbound messages awaiting conversion queue is ~2K items long and the IMS refuses to shut down - been 15min waiting as of this email. I'm hesitant to reboot the server to expedite this - I don't want to risk corrupting the IMS queue. Your suggestions would be appreciated. Keith
