Probably the replication was not occur,
You can force a directory replication with those sites from
configuration/Directory replication - choose directory replication in the
right pane, properties/site tab, choose sites and click "request now"

I have a tree structure to my exchange org, I removed two site from that org
this afternoon and the bridgehead's directory was updated to reflect this
change, however other sites connected have not yet updated...is this normal?
