Exchange 5.5 Administrator Option in Exchange 2003.

Hi All,
I have migrated Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. I have read in a article that
for removing exchange 5.5 from exchange server 2003 computer, you need to
have Exchange 5.5 Administrator in exchange 2003.
But I haven't found any option in the Exchange Server 2003 as Exchange 5.5
Administrator Program.
Is this because I had typical installation of Exchange server 2003.
How can I have this option for removing the exchange 5.5 server, or is there
any other way to remove exchange 5.5 server from exchange 2003 server.
Please help, it's urgent.
