Yes, Exchange 5.5 OWA works fine on Win2k. 
And if you wish, Exchange 5.5 on W2K works too.

I install our Exchange 5.5 windows NT 4.0 Primary Domain. I have Windows
2000 also. Can I install OWA on win2K and run it from win2K ? Should I
install Exchange 5.5 on win2k as a join Exchange 5.5 for that ?
