Add xyz.com to your recipient policy...I guess I am having a hard time
understanding what it is you want to do if that doesn't handle what he
wants.

The xyz.com domain is hosted by an ISP, utilizing pop3 account.
Since there is no xyz.com mailbox on my exchange 2003 server only
abc.com
I can just forward the pop3 account to my exchange which is not cool..
