In Active Directory, setup a Contact (NEW -> CONTACT). They will appear
in your GAL (by default, unless you've modified it), and when a message
is sent to them, it will be routed to the appropriate server.

        Hi All,

Question: How do I set up a mailbox to automatically forward to
an external account? If I go to Properties -> Exchange General ->
Delivery Options it allows me to set up forwarding but ONLY to an
internal account that is listed in the global address list.

        Thanks,
        Kelli
