Exchange 2003 still talking to Exchange 5.5

Hi All,
I have migrated from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. Migration was
successfully executed.
Problem is that for one Public Folder & its subfolder, it requires Exchange
5.5 server.
If I shut down the Exchange 5.5 server, then it says waiting for data from
exchange 5.5 server. If I start the exchange 5.5 server, then it work
smoothly.
Is that this folder is not migrated to exchange 2003. How do I solve this
problem.
How Do I make sure that this problem does not occur again.
Please Help.
