It could be that the System Folders need to be reset, here is a KB article
that explains how to do this:

I tried that, it did not work, i.e. no effect.  There is only one address
book under "Offline Address Book", i.e. the Default.

I am running multiple virtual hosts on the server.  Is there another place
for offline address books for each virtual host?  I did not seem to find
