I would use a Public Folder for this:

But if you really want to use a second mailbox here is a link:

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a second mailbox where support users will be able to get
email sent to that mailbox, so that all three support users can see what is
coming in to the queue and remove email's that are complete. The problem
I'm having is trying to configure Outlook 2003 to open up the second support
mailbox. When I try to open it, I get an error "Unable to display folder"
Thanks

javier
