The most restrictive value that applies, wins. A per-user setting does
not override a more global setting.

Subject: [exchangelist] Exchange 2003 Send/Receive Limits

Hi there,

I'm using Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP2 and would like to know HOW to
override the global send/receive limitations for specific users.

I want to keep the global send/receive limitation in place.

I have already set the required individual accounts to a limit much
than this, HOWEVER this override value seems only to take effect with
sending/receiving emails to and from users in the same Organisational
(Exchange) Site, and NOT to the OUTSIDE world.

Any Ideas?
