Start here:

Then configure DNS (external and internal), and open port 25 inbound to
the Exchange server via your firewall.

Folk's,
 
Right now I try to setup Exchange 2003, but now I have a problem that I
can sent mail but no incoming mail from internet mail, and  for local
mail I still can received. 
 
Can any body help me how to setup internet mail for incoming mail.
